Latin bites food trucks visited us at our apartment complex. Such an amazing treat. Their loaded tostones with pernil was incredible. The pernil was cooked perfectly and beyond tender. So their food truck was on JBMDL today and was curious of it… it did not disappoint. Had the “ Big Papi” Cubano and that sandwich hit the spot! Tender pork, crunchy bread, melty cheese, this sandwich was one of the best Cubanos I’ve had in a long time. Wish they were closer to my hotel so I could try other things as well. Highly recommend trying if you’re in Jersey. The $18 for it was worth every penny!!!
